Ikuko Tsuruta Lazarus is a National Certified Counselor with a Master’s degree in counseling from San Francisco State University. She served as a career counselor at the University of San Francisco, and is now in private practice in the Westwood area of Los Angeles, where she works with both English and Japanese speakers from throughout Southern California.
In addition to her formal education, she has had more than 15 years of training in Hypnotherapy, Yoga and body work. She is the author of several self-improvement books and is a frequent public speaker.

As a Distance Credentialed Counselor, Ikuko offers telephone/webcom sessions utilizing Skype. Sessions are available for out-of-state or overseas clients, those who seek the utmost privacy, clients who are travelling or those unable to meet face to face. The results can be just as powerful as if you had met me at my clinic in Los Angeles. The rate is same as for an office visit: $75/ 50 min, $135/90 min.
